Assisting You Every Step of the Way
We’re the experts, so you don’t have to be! A knowledgeable field support consultant will work closely with you from the time you sign your franchise agreement through the opening of your center and beyond. You will receive regular quality control visits from a field support consultant according to a set schedule. And, you will never be alone…your support team is always as close as a telephone call or e-mail to the corporate office.
Corporate Identity
As a Maui PlayCare franchisee, you will reap the benefits of our already established corporate identity, including our logo, colors, and the style of our visual materials. By associating yourself with our brand, you will be recognized in your market as a provider of quality childcare services.
Professional Training
Maui PlayCare’s expert corporate staff will provide you with two weeks of initial training at the corporate headquarters in Kahului, Hawaii. You and one assistant will receive comprehensive instruction in the subjects of administration, operations, and sales and marketing. To further develop your newly learned skills, you will also participate in on-the-job training at our flagship center.
When you are ready to open your Maui PlayCare center, an experienced trainer from the corporate office will provide you with two weeks of on-site training and start-up assistance.
Operations Manual
As a part of the Maui PlayCare system, you will have access to our comprehensive operations manual, an easy-to-use reference which includes all the information you need to both establish your center and operate your center on a daily basis.
Site Selection
Maui PlayCare knows that choosing a location for your franchise is one of the most important decisions you will make. We will supply you with complete guidelines for selecting a suitable site for your Maui PlayCare center. These guidelines will include requirements for demographic characteristics, traffic patterns, drop off/pick up area, parking, neighborhood characteristics, competition from similar businesses in the area, and proximity to other businesses. You will also receive Maui PlayCare’s recommendations for size, appearance, and other physical characteristics of the facility. And, once your approved location is secured, we will provide you with complete build-out plans that ensure uniformity of the Maui PlayCare brand image.
Ongoing Support
Maui PlayCare will provide you with ongoing training and support in those areas critical to the success of your franchised business, including operations and maintenance, customer service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.
Advertising and Marketing Support
Maui PlayCare’s corporate advertising and marketing experts will coordinate development of advertising materials and strategies for your benefit and the benefit of the entire franchise network. These include eye-catching, professionally created advertisements, brochures, press releases and other marketing materials. You will also have access to our expertly produced radio commercials for use in your market, including our catchy “Joke of the Week” spots.
And, Maui PlayCare will supply you with expertly written consumer marketing plans that you can use at the local or regional level.
Additional Support
The additional support available to you as a franchisee includes assistance in the areas of purchasing, accounting, audit and legal services; ongoing research and business development programs; and the overall planning, coordination and oversight for the Maui PlayCare franchise system.
